November 1, 2011 - This reserve personnelle from 1993 aged fine. It's definitely short now but still pleasant. Our Gilles will definitely tolerate drinking it and it will be ideal for cooking with a good aroma and very low tannin.
The aroma and flavor are escaping me so another tasting will be required.
