Clear, amber-pink color. Very ripe, oxidative nose, ripe apple, bread crust. Very little mousseux, very nice balance of sweetness and acidity, tertiary notes, good balanced, round, nice length. Still nice to drink but past peak. 89-90 -

March 19, 2019 - A little tired with some sherry qualities, so drink it with something a little on the delicate side. Very little bubbles left and a golden amber color. Savoury biscuit, wet chalk, and cooked peaches. It is a more luxurious style, and really fine.

October 5, 2012 - NK Cappellano Vertical (Maialino, Gramercy Park Hotel, NYC): Gold color. Crisp, yeasty, complex. Long and tasty.
