Popped and poured. Brick red. The nose is fully matured, a little bit dusty and old, but nevertheless if you like such old aromas, you will like this wine: autumn leaves, mushroom, soy sauce, dusty, smoke as well as healthy dose of sweet dried fig. Quite simple on the palate, perhaps a notch down compared to the more complex aromas: sweet currant, prune, black cherry that is quite lifted by the round and good acid. A little bit of alcohol at the end which clipped a little the medium length finish.
