July 30, 2016 - In a delightful spot now. Great balance between acidity and creamy butteriness from the oak. Pear and pineapples the top notes on the palate. Paired fantastically with grilled catfish and cream-boiled cabbage. Should last a year or two more on this level and maybe even slightly improve (If you have good cellaring conditions) but drink now and be pleased.
