Community Tasting Notes 2

December 27, 2011 - The final bottle of the last vintage produced - even after this time tasted very very good - au revoir

December 17, 2009 - Decent, and I believe 'unoaked', expected more out of an aged SB, it almost appeared like it had not been aged as it was quite lively and fresh, but I expected a touch more complexity - Light gold, medium viscosity, nose of lime, grass, gooseberry and pineapple, nice balancing acidity, fresh, sweet/sour on the palate with medium length (88 Points).
