December 8, 2022 - Definite improvement since last bottle and this is now drinking pretty well. Tannins have softened a bit, and there's still lots of lively red fruit. Two left and I think they can definitely go at least a few more years. May see further improvement, I think.

September 10, 2022 - Aging gracefully. Dense black fruit and pyrazines on the nose. Herbal notes and coffee with plums and blackberries in the mouth. Drinking well now with air and food, but will go for a while longer.
