April 3, 2012 - PnVnD let air for 1hr. A very claret color for a Napa Cab. Lots of cedar box and cassis and violets on the nose (Old Worldy). Medium weigh with fruit skin and black tea tannins. Big cherry pit action on the mid-palate. Ripe but restrained flavors of cassis plum and dark cherry with a lingering cedar rosemary orange oil and cherry pit finish. Elegant and flavorful could easily pass for a Left Bank Bordeaux from a ripe year. Good value.

November 14, 2011 - Still a little young but drinkable upon opening. Taste of cherries followed by a long leathery finish. This is another wine that my wife says I should have bought more.
