November 12, 2011 - Decanted for 2 hours and about 30 mins uncorked bottle breathing in the fridge. I cooled it down a bit, because of the alcohol content. Good tannins, nice fruit, the alcohol was still quite obvious. Still a very good wine, but not as good as the year before.
