September 26, 2012 - Straight-forward, simple, classic Spanish wine. Nothing much going on, but still, tasty and good with food. Reminds me of the wine we got while walking the Camino, at the end of the day, with our pilgrims' meals. It'll wash down whatever lentil stew and country bread you have handy.

May 10, 2012 - Ripe red fruit on the. Med body with a decently long finish. Nice depth for this price, good QPR.

January 17, 2012 - Okay Spanish wine. I've been getting into Spanish wines and it certainly wasn't one of the best, but drinkable. Would not repurchase. The nose is somewhat sharp with cherry notes. The entrance hits you with sharp acidity that continues through to the finish. Surprisingly unimpressed with WSJ wine on the selection, which is how I obtained the bottle.

January 7, 2012 - Interesting product of Spain chosen by WSJ for my quarterly choice. Went well with a tomato-based pasta dish. Very drinkable.
