August 17, 2015 - Deep gold. Full bodies with round toasty biscuity flavours but still fresh and minerally. Stood up will to spicy salmon the first night and still lovely the next night with sea bass with paprika and garlic beans. 4/5

August 26, 2012 - Quite a deep gold, much deeper than the La Chablisienne Bougros of the same year drink a couple of days earlier. Also much more developed with more nutty and biscuity flavours still underlined by some minerality. The use of wood clearly identifiable. More in the style of a Cote de Beaune wine than a Chablis. 3+/5 (86-89)

April 20, 2007 - Bright, medium gold. Youthful ripe pear on the nose, some creamy oak and even spice. More citrusy on the palate, a dash of well integrated creamy oak. Reasonably fat and rich with excellent, thrilling contrasting acidity, still youthful with lime and perhaps just a hint of minerality on the finish. Overall excellent, almost Corton-like, indeed seems to lack a little typicity but none the worse for that - at least not on this occasion and should have a long life ahead of it.
