December 25, 2021 - Decanted for 5hrs. Rich bold Cab, Blueberry, Cassis and touch of Oak. Soft Silky Tannins and perfect level of Acidity. Concentrated and focused with a long velvety finish. Has aged beautifully an excellent Hall Cab and a shame it was the last one. Was perfect with Prime Rib.

October 31, 2021 - 14.9% abv. 100% cab. I enjoyed over 3 days. Sweet and mildly sour cherry fruit, with cedar and mint notes. Has a polished and medium length juicy finish. But its surprisingly drying along the longer end of the finish.
