December 1, 2012 - This is a rich Rhone style wine, deep plum color, very fruity jammy black cherry and blackberry aromas and flavors, full bodied, excellent with grilled red meats and spicy food. It's has gentle but noticeable tanins, not spicy. This is not a nuanced Bordeaux style, just the opposite.
