June 4, 2017 - Really nice Prosecco, although dry isn't the first impression I had. Wonderfully creamy fruit full of ripe peach and candied apple with a lovely wildflower nose. Perhaps the best mousse I've had in a Prosecco, this was lively, moreish, and fun.
