  September 22, 2013 - A solidly constructed and thoroughly enjoyable champagne. Nose of crisp green apple, with a touch of coffee bean and some toast. Actually showing a bit of maturity, with touches of mushroom/undergrowth. Palate is still quite crisp and fairly linear with a moderate finish.

  November 17, 2012 - With a golden yellow colour, its no surprise a Champagne this young is barrel aged. The nose shows nuts and lemon pie. Very fine mouse, quite flat overall. Palate shows lemon, tangerine, hazelnut and some chalkiness. Decent finish with nuts lingering on the palate.
  
  Previous bottle was slightly oxidized and flat, this bottle is also slightly oxidized but still fresh.
