September 22, 2013 - A solidly constructed and thoroughly enjoyable champagne. Nose of crisp green apple, with a touch of coffee bean and some toast. Actually showing a bit of maturity, with touches of mushroom/undergrowth. Palate is still quite crisp and fairly linear with a moderate finish.

January 1, 2013 - OK, a little too much citrus and a bit too little other 'stuff'; still quaffable and very good for the cost.

December 7, 2012 - Yeasty nose along with a touch of mushroom and earth. The palate is rich and broad, with a creamy texture through the finish. Not overly complex but solid and worth its entry fee.

November 17, 2012 - With a golden yellow colour, its no surprise a Champagne this young is barrel aged. The nose shows nuts and lemon pie. Very fine mouse, quite flat overall. Palate shows lemon, tangerine, hazelnut and some chalkiness. Decent finish with nuts lingering on the palate.

Previous bottle was slightly oxidized and flat, this bottle is also slightly oxidized but still fresh.
