Community Tasting Notes 1

November 22, 2011 - Wife liked it... had a smile on her face.

A bit thin, pronounced fruit, predominately cherry. Touch of floral notes present, but this isn't complex. Wife loved it because there wasn't a tannin within shouting distance.

It is what it is... new wine. Simple, never profound, but drinkable, and better slightly chilled.

Once you pop the bottle, slam it down. It won't last into day #2.
