Community Tasting Notes 1

April 27, 2012 - Slightly sweet, melon, pear, low acidity very balanced. Almost like a cross between a Marlborough and Napa SB. Very interesting blend. Drinks like an unoaked Chardonnay or a nice round Chenin Blanc or even a Chablis.
