December 15, 2022 - Still somewhat closed, although more open than previous bottle. Seems very young, and initially shows oaky aromas, although they blend in with airing. Round, ripe, deep, dark plums. Cellared since original release.

February 14, 2021 - I think Baden Spatburgunders from Huber are a real match for the more high leveled Burgundy Pinot Noirs and this particular bottle made of old vines doesn't change my opinion. Relatively dark colored. Smoky flavours as well as cherry tones fill the nose, followed by modest oaky elements sustained by good acidity which give this a real lift. Paired with seared duck breast and black pepper sauce. A perfect match.

May 31, 2019 - Very good pinot noir, opens up after 30 minutes, excellent smell and very long taste

December 15, 2017 - Closed up right now, not showing anywhere like it did last year. Oaky, possibly reductive to go with dark fruit.

November 11, 2017 - Perfect spot, balance between acid and fruit, smooth long lasting taste. Drink now and next 5 yrs
