December 27, 2011 - Brought by Matt N. Passion fruit and lime on the nose - really acidic and bright. Quite interesting to me - shows a lot of tropical profile, but with high acid. Really burns on the palate - passion fruit again, slate and citrus. Quite electric. Wow. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 2/2 = 17/20.
