February 24, 2022 - Glad I popped the cork on the last of 3 bottles from WTSO bought ten years ago. It’s very soft and laid back, losing that youthful vigor and is likely at end of drinking window. Nonetheless it was a pleasurable bottle on a cold, cloudy February day in Connecticut.

December 25, 2017 - Pleasant, mid-weight. More acidity than I expect from French wine, but well-balanced. Nice complexity with spices and herbal notes.

September 28, 2017 - Nose is very herbal. Sage, spice, peppercorns, slight fruit. Moderate weight in the mouth. Ample acidity in the finish. Very nice.
