December 21, 2010 - Dejlig italiensk champage - god duft og fine bobler - frisk aromatisk i munden - lidt kort eftrrsmag - bestemt en beklaget behagelig velkomst.

March 18, 2004 - An amazing WHOA! experience. I was fortunate to be able to taste this outstanding Champagne knock-off at the San Francisco Slow Food Italian wine tasting. It won the 2004 Slow Food award for outstanding sparkling wine, and it deserves awards. It's like beautiful pale gold shimmering slightly with bubbles flowing through it. The nose is clean and sweet and makes you want to dive into the glass, and the palate!! It is a perfect sparkling wine; when you put it into your mouth, there is an mouth-filling explosion of effervescence which changes to cream. It has a wonderful and lingering finish. It is very refreshing and super stuff. (This is exported to the USA by Azienda Agricola)
