February 11, 2016 - I know this was a bigger wine when I bought it...it has softened almost to....well, not an Amador Zinfandel. Interestingly the cork was very soft...no off flavors, just a mild, dark red Zinfandel. Perhaps we waited too long on this one.

December 29, 2015 - Nicely done. Quite a contrast to prototypical Amador Co. Zinfandel it had a distinct earthen element that is very unique for the terrior.

October 5, 2012 - Purple with thin magenta edges. Rose, raspberry, spice and leather nose. Medium to full bodied, cranberries, blackberries, pepper, sharp cherries, sweet tannins, eucalyptus, cedar, and a long fruit-filled finish. Really delicious and a good value even at the list price.
