    May 29, 2023 - This plenty of life. Strong french oak notes with lemon. Bright acid. Great color. I would think it has a few more years. Glad it was still showing so well!

    January 3, 2017 - This is a wonderful example and with 7 years of age on it this wine has really come out of its shell. I first had this wine in 2013 and it was bright and crisp with great acidity but it felt a tad unbalanced. well, after 4 years the magic in the bottle did its thing and the wine is now superb, well rounded, delicate, and subtle. The nose is aromatic but instead of the citrus on the nose in the younger version this wine has moved to stone fruit. The palate is wonderful with hints of dried apricot. Drink this wine now, I believe it is at its peak and another year or two will add nothing to its complexity.

    September 21, 2013 - Good French chard. Crisp and delicate.

    March 26, 2013 - excellent wine especially when paired with curry chicken breast and cous cous - this wine is definitely food friendly and makes the meal that much more enjoyable - light on the palate, fragrant, and an excellent compliment to a spicy chicken dish.

    April 11, 2012 - 2012 - Sipping great Fuisse with Mr.Philip Tuinder: Alcohol :: 13.5%
    Shy, refreshing aromas of mineral, ginger spice, citrus fruits and buttery note. With some swirling, hazelnut note emerged. This wine offers better depth and concentration as well as complex flavors that's lean toward yellow fruits than the Tete de Cru. Well defined acidity, mineral and acid structure which leads to soft, creamy finish with fresh herbs and again, light lemon peel bitterness. Character of Fuisse? 87+
