November 23, 2023 - Solid Left Bank Value Bordeaux I had been hanging on to for a decade. The structure was all there and it went well with our steak dinner, but the fruit is beginning to fade. Decanted 45 minutes before drinking. Drink up if you have some left.

April 17, 2022 - Nose has a mix of low pitched tar notes, but also noticing some higher pitched mint and cedar like notes presumably from the oak. Medium weight. Slightly stewed impression of the fruit on the finish, but still some tannic grip.
