  December 11, 2010 - Andouzed the bottle about 30 minutes before consumption. Nose of red berry fruit, particularly cherry. On the palate, the fruit really exploded. Red berry fruit everywhere. Surprised by how much fruit remains. Not much tannin to go along, so I doubt there will be much improvement.

  April 1, 2007 - Much better than previous showings. Maria brought this; (batch variation?)
  Decanted an hour. Some slight acetone/ethyl acetate on the nose, but not overwhelming.
  Powerful fruit flavour - dark berries, black cherries, some cranberries and a little blackcurrrant.
  Went down very easily. I'll pop another one soon to see how mine are doing.

  November 26, 2006 - As with the previous bottle, there's an edge that I don't care for. Others complimented the berry flavours, but overall I've been sadly disappointed with this wine. The Cornerstone offering was far better.

  January 15, 2006 - Decanted and served soon after. There was a sharpness to this, some volatile acidity that decreased as time went on. I distinctly remember it being present in the last bottle I opened a year ago. Next time I will decant this well in advance.
