February 25, 2015 - Ok. Öppnade svagt med allt för tydlig fatsmak, lite träigt. Blev bättre i glaset efter en stund, mycket mörka bär och tydlig lakrits. Nog inte en av de bättre årgångarna.

January 25, 2014 - I wouldn't call this wine flabby, but the hot vintage certainly has left this fellow a little light in acidity and a bit strong in alcohol. I have to say, though: that hasn't bothered me much. I find this bottle to be a fairly versatile vin de table and a pretty good example of what you can get when you are craving Rhone blend but don't necessarily want to pay Southern Rhone prices. A fine example, as far as I am concerned, of the strength of Languedoc winemaking.

September 2, 2013 - Showing the warm vintage, the alcohol is too pronounced and harsh. All of the Languedoc character is in there but the wine is out of balance. Drank the last of the bottle 3 nights later and by now it is more "mellow". Will never qualify as "great", but will hopefully develop with a couple of years in the cellar.

August 24, 2013 - Nose shows red fruits, with hint of pepper and herbs. Taste is a tad more on the dark berrie side, with ok acidity, and soft tannins to support. Perhaps not a wine to keep for 10 years or so, but a pleasant drink right now.
