November 17, 2012 - Very aromatic with apricot all the way. Nice minerality, golden yellow, long finish. Fizz in the bottle. nice alternative to riesling with crab and thai spicy slaw.

July 1, 2012 - Beautiful aromatics: Luscious floral notes, accented with gravely mineral tones, sea spray and light wisps of lime zest. Mix of tart and slight sweetness up front, reminiscent of Meyer lemons. Slight brininess (as one would find in Moroccan preserved lemons) and moderate acidity lead to a chalky finish. A little more acidity would make this fantastic; as it is, it's highly enjoyable.
