May 11, 2012 - Light in color.Musty, sweat, candy-appled nose; the former two notes faded over time. Essence of fresh-cut grass on the mouth, with some sweet Granny Smith apples, too. Lemons on the palate were overripe. Could've used more acidity, but not totally lacking in that department.
