January 1, 2014 - Beautiful, soft and charming blanc de blancs. Creamy and went perfectly with the caviar on New Year's Eve. Bubbles were super fine and not at all poppy. Some toasty notes. This should sit in the cellar for another 5-7 years and I think it will become even toastier. But enjoyable now for sure.
