December 29, 2018 - it is great now, I felt lot of merlot in it and it is silky

December 2, 2018 - This is likely at peak and it was ready to go with minimal air. Same tasting notes as 2017.

May 20, 2018 - Garnet with a ruby edge. Dark fruit on the nose with some earthy minerals.Similar on the palette, ever-so thin but nice tannins and acidity. Balanced. Good value. Drink now.

October 17, 2017 - Very good, good QPR, drinking well now, not expecting aged complexity with collaring.

September 23, 2017 - Similar notes to my bottle on June 2015. Starts off a little closed, but the dark berry and plum show up more quickly than 2 years ago. Reaches its peak at about the 45-60 min mark, with a nice balance of fruit and earth (tobacco, mesquite). With steak, a clear iron note emerges. After 1.5 hours, the fruit really fades, so it may not be palatable to some. Ready to drink with a short decant. Also note that it has sediment.
