June 26, 2018 - Light amber color with gold accents. Column of fast pearls of bubbles making a noticeable mousse. Ripe pear & green apple aromas. Apple, citrus, elderflower palate. An enjoyable finish balancing complexity & drinkability.
Drank while on an airplane so senses slightly dulled but will be something to enjoy again on the ground. -

October 8, 2017 - After drinking the second bottle, Anita decided that we should purchase at least 6 more so we did. At the price, it's an incredible champagne to be drinking on a weekenight.

Very balanced toasty-ness, some yeastiness on the nose
