January 1, 2021 - Similar to another taster, the cork was soaked, but came out easy and the wine was unaffected. Upon opening, sharp and salty with a metallic twang. After 15 to 30 minutes the wine opens into more lemon, floral, and mild saline, with a balancing buttery quality. Medium finish. It's still a humble Bourgogne, but aging gracefully with meaningful character. Drink over the next few years.

May 31, 2019 - Well chilled, pop and pour with fresh butter fried cod.
    A very good combination.
A creamy and rather buttery wine, citrus and salty sea spray present.
    Some underlying spices too.
A bit thin and short perhaps, but after all (despite the label - yes, it's a negocé, but still the Leroy name always do rise the expectations) it's a straight Bourgogne blanc that after 10 years still holds together well and deliver from a great Burgundy vintage.

December 2, 2018 - A ten year old bourgogne (ok, not just any bourgogne) with a soaked cork....color looks like it was bottled yesterday and tastes fresh as a daisy! A Hanukah miracle!

    November 22, 2018 - Big surprise!
Showing way over both expectations and pedigree.
Lovely nose, minerals, citrus fruits, flower perfume.
Nice sharp and precise palate, with some underlying creaminess, spices and minerals.
    Good stuff, delicious négoce bottling.
