January 27, 2013 - Beau Syrah des États-Unis pas trop boisé,Vanillé mais pas trop.Bon Rapport qualité prix.A la première dégust,les tannins étaient très fermé..et après une heure en carafe , tout étaient en équilibre,tannins se sont assouplis.Bû avec Mac N Cheese.

May 21, 2012 - On identifie immédiatement la Syrah californienne. Le chêne américain neuf est bien présent au nez comme en bouche. Ceci dit ce n'est pas envahissant et c'est le vin parfait à boire sans se casser la tête avec les grillades sur le BBQ.
