August 3, 2016 - just popped and poured...sour cherries that got sweeter over the hour that this was consumed...with time it also got richer and creamier but this is undoubtedly Burgundy with very balanced and refreshing acidity and a touch of burry tannins. Very nice.

September 12, 2015 - Kjøpt etter anbefaling fra polsjefen i Sandnes, med instruks om å åpne dagen før. Var ikke så tøff, 10 timer i karaffel til ost og Lindmo. Sær litt rufsete og veldig god, trenger fortsatt tid i glasset. Mye frukt typisk PN + kvist og kvast, litt vanlje. 1 dag i flaske: Som i går, savkt alkoholstikk ved høy temperatur.

July 20, 2015 - Developed nose, smoky, earthy, ripe cherry, long finish. Body is slightly light for a 2010.

July 2, 2015 - Colour: pale purple/red. Nose: red fruit (cherry), sweetness, feminine in weight, good balance. Palate: Good weight, strong red cherry fruits, grows on you. Decent wine this.
