July 12, 2020 - badly corked; it went down the drain.

May 26, 2019 - Bottle 12 to finish the case. Black fruit well integrated into a granite and savory core. Not much acidity and tannin is integrated.

September 17, 2016 - Black fruit very well integrated with granite and minerality in the middle moving towards the medium length finish. Good mouthfeel and a little zip of acidity towards the finish. Was probably better a couple years back. Bottle # 11.

January 1, 2015 - Black fruit and slight floral nose. Plum and blueberry in the mouth, with floral and slight pepper notes. Plenty of wet stone and minerality. Fruit is more reserved than it was a few years ago. Nice right now.

November 1, 2013 - My favorite wine from Jesse Skiles...so big and funky, great plum fruit, pepper and earth, with that "Rocks" funk!
