September 4, 2011 - A Visit To Schwaab-Dietz (Erden, Germany): Apples and elderflower aromas rise from the glass with scents of baking flower giving some body to the sensation. When tasted, it reminds me of apples baked into a breakfast pastry. It's light on the palate, and the acidity has a great feel to it. The juice is clean, and bubbles rise up on the front of the palate to clear the way for apple flavors in the middle. If it's held on the palate for a few seconds, a touch of sweetness shows itself. This is an easy drinking winner. 89-
