April 4, 2015 - Good/Very Good. Pop and pour, right out of the fridge, this has an austere, flinty character like a mid-range Chablis; as it come to room temperature and opens up, the oak becomes more pronounced, like a low-level Montrachet. Bottom line: this is good juice either cold or room temp.

November 28, 2013 - Good/Very Good. Medium yellow. Pears and green apple; crisp and dry. Drinks well with and without food.

October 20, 2013 - Very Good. Straw color. Pears with hints of green apple. Not acidic, but pairs well with broiled fish. Restrained oak and delicious. <Wow/Very Good/Good/Fair/Plonk>

June 30, 2013 - Bigger, rich chard that reminded me more of a Cali wine but without the heavy butter finish. Honey on the palate for me w a bit of apple. Decent structure but without much minerality.
