Community Tasting Notes 2

November 22, 2015 - Nicely balanced with good acid. Paired beautifully with herb-roasted chicken breast. Glad I put this bottle down for a few years. Mellower than the bottle I consumed right after purchase.

April 24, 2013 - Subdued tropical and melon on the nose. Pineapple, guavasteen, cantaloupe and something else that I can't pinpoint but almost like a whiff of freshly cooked egg noodles. Might go well with either Indian food or something like Pad Thai but I will have to experiment.
