December 25, 2023 - Bob's cellar. Deep apricot brown. Candied orange peel and honey nose, marigolds too, botrytis warmth. Tart and sweet warm opening flavours, peaches, apricot, white flowers supported by that fine line of acidity. Very good with the Christmas baked cheesecake (no Christmas pud for Aussie Christmas!).

September 21, 2023 - Irn bru!!
Heady nose, super freshness and a pool-like frame. Intense notes of apricot jam, spicy botrytis, crème brulee, and a lazer focus… something minty? and a certain leafy note.
Bright and tangy, spicy (some heat too), lots of bitter orange, marmalade, orange rind, dry extract… lots of grip, tang, dried fruits, and a concentrated viscosity. Maybe a bit of a gap before the finish.1 person found this helpful Comment -
