June 6, 2022 - Colour: lively orange red, very small bubbles
Nose: strawberry, orange zest, sweet flowers, some herbal notes, red currant
Mouth: Red currant, raspberry, very slight yeast/brioche, dry and smooth adstringency, gooseberry, delicate bit still very, hints of fresh hay and herbs
Finish: dry, lively acidity, some sour cherry and raspberries
Avery nice Cremant, for the price great PQR, was a nice fit to bbq on a lush summer evening
