November 11, 2017 - Slightly more extracted than I prefer and flabby. Forgettable. With duck at Ejsings.

September 23, 2017 - It took a long time but it finally came out of hiding. Dry mint leaves, cigar tobacco, dried currants, and tea leaves. The palate still has refreshing red fruits and wet tobacco. Though the tannins kind of fall apart at the end. Where's a nice stogie?

March 1, 2017 - Popped and poured. Nice nose and lots of dark cherry flavor.

December 26, 2016 - Last 2 of a bunch bought at release. We opened and let breathe in the bottle for about 30 minutes and I do think this could have easily stood up to decanting. Wonderful CDP, still seemingly having lots of time where from memory the '98 has faded. Dark black fruits, nice long and still tannic finish.

May 11, 2016 - This was a remarkable bottle of wine
