June 26, 2022 - From magnum. Very good, tropical notes , good acidity. Was somewhat of a surprise as I had 75cl a number of years ago that was a disappointment.

December 21, 2013 - From 75cl, nice "GANAU" cork with vintage brand, shrivelled towards wine-end. Expressive dough-yeasty scent; warm yellow (plum and yellow raspberry) fruit-dominated entry is soft and medium-bodied (actually quite heavy for a BdB); the initially rather low acidity crescendos towards the long, warm, finish —a beautiful, minute-long, pickling of the mouth crevices. All in all a terrific wine, a bargain at 25 EUR au chai. At its peak right now. 90P

April 19, 2013 - This is terrific stuff. Creamy, biscuits and brioche, very lush tropical fruit. Layers of complexity. Great finish with greengage fruit and steely acidity. A full-bodied charmer. Will survive and maybe thrive but drinks just wonderfully right now.

December 13, 2012 - white mushrooms, damp turned earth, fat ripe pear and apple notes, with freshly grated ginger and spice. aromatically this wine was approachable and indicative of a riper vintage. the acidity was balanced and ready for drinking now. great wine from a great producer, and only lacking greater concentration to keep it from being a top notch champagne

July 18, 2012 - I thought this was quite lovely. Very very nice nose, palate still a little austere.
