April 17, 2024 - 2nd of 6 and two months since my last bottle. This is still robust and youthful and benefitted from 30 plus minutes in the glass. Toast and lemon peel up front. This is well balanced with good depth throughout. Likely drinking in its prime with absolutely no rush to drink. These should drink well for a couple of decades on its balance and zippy upfront lemon zest. Revisit 2025

April 1, 2024 - Fantastic. Cellared since release and the last of the case. Lovely lemon chiffon, marzipan, lime flower. Bright and energetic on the palate with minerals and lemon zest. Still bright ebullience and lively mousse. In no hurry though it absolutely defines elegance. Ridiculously delicious.

March 23, 2024 - Showing really well. Creaminess is the number one note on the nose. Brioche is present but more subtle. Fruit almost totally gone. Delicious palate. Bubbles are there for a moment, but then it is almost like a still wine (however it doesn't go flat). Delicious

March 15, 2024 - This is still great with good length. Think it will hold.

Rockss and Fruit

(Dom Perignon) So lacy and elegant. Almost the definition of finesse. Tremendous concentration of light citrus fruits and brilliant integration of acid, bubbles and fruit. Obviously young but I'm not pouring mine out.
