Community Tasting Notes 1

December 31, 2011 - Decanted for 90 minutes. Drank with bread and cheese and then with fajita. Cheese went with wine better than fajita did; salsa too powerful for wine. Started slow but after 30 minutes became more and more delicious. Vanilla and blueberry flavors. Medium bodied. Light tannins. Drink now. Looking forward to drinking more of this.
