January 6, 2024 - Who says Chianti Classico can't age? Good example here with red cherries and plums up front. Mostly secondary notes, however, at this point of leather, forest floor, black licorice, tobacco, and fresh herbs. Still has some acidity to it and good finish. Has definitely held up over time...but time to drink up.

November 25, 2023 - (Decanted in one hour)
Lovely maturity on the nose showing black truffles, leather and forest floor and opens up with violet, licorice and fresh herbs. Smoothing tannins on the fruity palate showing morello cherries and with a touch of herbs on the pleasant finish.

November 26, 2021 - Still a lot of life. Deep colour, shy on the nose but after an hour or two nice structure, smooth tannins, herbal notes with a backbone of tabacco and cherry. Lovely
