Erin says it smells like mustard seed. Doesn't smell like Grenache blanc to me, but it also has Macabeau and something else. Palate is rich and interesting. Nose is kinda a touch hard to get through. But this could be palate fatigue showing through.

January 25, 2014 - Winemaker Dinner at Via del Vi (Perpignan, France): Aromas of toasted almond, waxy, lime peel. Creamy on the palate but crisp, a bit oxidized. Green apple, lime peel and a slight mineral note. Clean and simple. Good opening white.
