January 26, 2012 - Ex cellar. Pale gold. Fine mousse. Restrained, cool nose; citrus fruit, slight brioche, white lily. Finely tuned palate, lemon, brioche. Good finish, ends the show with a whack of fine citrus acidity. Very good. The quality of the acidity makes it stand out among the Serra Gaúcha sparklers. Good effort in the vineyard.

January 4, 2012 - Vale do Vinhedos (Vale do Vinhedos, RS): Pale gold, fine mousse. Very fresh nose, this purity is carried over to the palate, crisp finish, not bad length.
