June 29, 2018 - 91 Deep red color. Warm cherries on the nose. Medium body and nice legs. Cherries, vanilla, and chocolate on the palate. Nice long spicy finish.

December 17, 2017 - Deep ruby in color, this wine reveals intense black raspberry and cola on the nose. The mouth feel is medium/full-bodied with added elements of anise, black tea and blackberry undertones. The finish is long and sails on for 25+ seconds, framing the acidity, dark fruits and spices.

Tasted as part of a special Le Cadeau wine dinner at Domaine Hudson in Wilmington, DE with Tom Mortimer, this is a fuller-bodied, dark fruit oriented beauty that is drinking very well right now.

December 27, 2015 - Opened a magnum to share with neighbors on Christmas Day. Cherry and vanilla immediately burst from the bottle. Drinkable immediately but after an hour decant it was even a bit better. Everyone loved it!!

September 13, 2015 - Nice fragrance of cherries on the nose. Medium body with a nice mouth feel. Dark berries initially, the vanilla and chocolate for a smooth finish.

September 24, 2014 - Outstanding wine year after year. Airy floral nose with red cherry nose, fairly sweet. Candied cherry flavors with vanilla to offset the sweet. Muted acidity in the back of the throat. Nice and refined.
