June 25, 2020 - Encore super jeune et ne paraƮt pas du tout d'avoir 13 ans dans le corps.

October 14, 2013 - The nose jumps out of the glass....incense, tart cherry, minerals, nutmeg and a gorgeous stemmy note indicating some whole cluster fermentation.
The palate shows similar complex flavours but the most impressive aspect to this wine is the texture...it is pure cashmere....so smooth with no edges whatsoever.
The finish is long, complex and utterly compelling. This is the best red Niagara wine I have ever had.

July 28, 2013 - Wow! Certainly the best niagara red I've ever had. Nose comes across as very traditional with obvious stem inclusion. Nose features earth, tobacco, cranberry, and cherry. Very powerful and complex. Palate enters silky, though tannins are very present and take over the finish, which holds back the score for me. Impressive wine of burgundian proportions!

July 27, 2013 - This is my 4th bottle in the last 4 weeks and damn...it just keeps on coming! The texture and mouthfeel on this wine is amazing...and the flavours...incense, spice, pure fruit and a great stemmy component...Finish has great length. This is the best Niagara wine i have ever had. Kudos Francois!
