September 23, 2023 - Light color but what an amazing wine. Complex nose with dried herbs, amazing precision on the palate - lingering acidity. Impossible not to finish the bottle.
Paired with 2011 Bonnes Mares from Vogue and came out the winner -

January 9, 2012 - Burgundy 2010 Tasting - Justerini & Brooks, London (London): Grrr....woof.....grrr. Nice stuff. Very tight and restrained nose but this slowly unfurls to reveal soy, beef stock, grilled meats - this has a lot of potential that only 10 years+ in the cellar will provide. Woof.
