July 3, 2010 - Dinner at La Pergola, Rome. Super concentration, dark smoky fruits, lackberries, plums, peppers, pepper, grass, "dark" herbs. Smoky fruits on the palate. Just sweet enough, no cloying or honeyed caramel stickiness. Lovely.
